Everything is energy including the water that you drink.

Close your eyes and connect with the divine light within you.
Expand out as light until you are one with the water.
Watch as the white light dissolves all beliefs and emotions in the water which are not for your highest and best.
Allow the light to charge and program the water with the beliefs that are for your highest and best. You can do this by writing a positive message on the bottle, praying over the water, placing the bottle on a sacred geometric shape, or next to sacred music.
Drink the water and allow the energy it carries to work its magic deep within your being.
