“But if I’m really good, can I treat myself once a week with unhealthy food? If I’m really good during the week, can I treat myself to unhealthy food?”
This language needs to change.
The first step towards healthy eating is accustoming your mind that the media is feeding you lies.
The media is pouring billions of dollars to tell you that unhealthy food is delicious, that unhealthy food is the best food, and that unhealthy food will give you joy, comfort, and peace.
That’s not true at all, and you need to believe it. You need to believe it so you can switch your attention from unhealthy food and give your body the right nutrients that will make it healthy, happy, and hot. You have to describe unhealthy food as poison, sick, and disgusting. And healthy good as a reward, a treat, a joy. Because if you focus your positive energy towards unhealthy food, the transition will be challenging.
